• Contact details such as your name, artist name, email address, and information you voluntarily provide.
• Song details, links, critique preferences, creative questions, and related communications.
• Transaction details such as product purchased, amount, date, and payment status. Stripe processes payment-card information; we do not store complete card numbers.
• Basic technical and usage information that our hosting and service providers may process to operate and secure the site.

How we use information

We use information to process purchases, provide critiques, communicate about delivery and support, operate the private submission workflow, prevent abuse, maintain business records, improve the service, and comply with legal obligations.

When information is shared

We share information only as reasonably necessary with service providers that help us operate, including Stripe for payments, Skool for membership services, and our website hosting and data-storage providers. We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a legitimate business transfer. We do not sell your personal information.

Your music

Submitted song links and creative notes are used to complete the critique. We do not claim ownership of your music or publicly share it without permission. If your link is hosted by another provider, that provider’s privacy practices also apply.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to deliver services, maintain transaction and critique records, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet or storage system can promise absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting us. Some transaction or business records may need to be retained when required by law or legitimate recordkeeping needs. We do not knowingly offer the service to children under 13.
