Terms of Service

1. Our services

Critique My Songs provides educational and creative feedback on music, including written scorecards, timestamped observations, and suggested next steps. Feedback reflects subjective professional judgment. We do not guarantee streams, placements, income, audience growth, or commercial success.

2. Purchases and delivery

The Deep-Dive Critique is a one-time service priced as shown at checkout. Delivery is normally within five business days after both successful payment and receipt of a complete, accessible song submission. An inaccessible link, missing information, or a requested revision to the submission may delay delivery.

3. Your music and permissions

You retain ownership of your music. You grant us limited, nonexclusive permission to access, listen to, and internally process the submitted material solely to provide the purchased service. You represent that you own the material or have authority to submit it. We will not distribute or commercially exploit your song without separate written permission.

4. Acceptable use

You may not submit unlawful material, malicious links, content that violates another person’s rights, or material you are not authorized to share. We may decline or stop work when a submission creates legal, safety, or technical risk. Any resulting refund is governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Membership

The Listening Room is offered through Skool. Membership billing, cancellation tools, platform availability, and community conduct may also be governed by Skool’s terms. Membership benefits and pricing are those displayed when you join.

6. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe or the platform identified at checkout. You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information. Refund eligibility is controlled by our published Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The site design, critique format, educational materials, scoring system, written commentary, and brand materials belong to Traecjc Designs – The Extension LLC unless otherwise stated. Your underlying song and preexisting creative work remain yours.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a purchased service will not exceed the amount you paid for that service. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for third-party platforms, links, or services outside our control.

9. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by Texas law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date. Material changes will not retroactively reduce rights attached to an already-completed purchase where prohibited by law.
